Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Terms

1. Scope

These Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Terms supplement the Terms of Use and govern paid Polytrade plans. The checkout page identifies the plan, price, billing interval, currency, included features, and any trial or promotion before purchase.

2. Recurring authorization

By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize BIVEX AI INC and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide at the disclosed price and interval, plus applicable taxes, until cancellation. Charges may appear under BIVEX, Polytrade, or the payment processor descriptor shown at checkout. You must keep billing information current.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, request another method, limit paid features, or suspend the subscription. You remain responsible for amounts validly due. We do not receive or store complete card details when they are collected directly by the payment processor.

3. Trials and promotions

If checkout offers a trial, the disclosed trial duration, eligibility, renewal price, and cancellation deadline apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, a trial converts to a paid recurring subscription when the trial ends. Promotions may have separate eligibility and duration terms and do not alter future renewal pricing unless expressly stated.

4. Renewal and price changes

Your subscription renews automatically for the same interval until canceled. We may change future prices or plan features. We will provide advance notice required by law, and a price increase will apply no earlier than the next renewal identified in that notice. You can reject a future increase by canceling before it takes effect.

5. How cancellation works

You may cancel through the subscription or billing controls made available in your account or by contacting support@polytrade.market. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless we expressly state an earlier date or mandatory law requires one. You generally retain paid-plan access until that period ends. We will not charge a new renewal after an effective cancellation, though previously initiated or past-due charges may still be processed where lawful.

You should retain the cancellation confirmation and contact support promptly if it does not appear.

6. Trading and billing are separate

Canceling a subscription does not automatically pause or disable live execution, revoke wallet delegation, cancel open orders, close positions, withdraw funds, or prevent settlement. You must manage live policy, follows, delegation, orders, and positions separately and verify status at each venue and wallet.

Pausing live execution, disabling a follow, revoking delegation, disconnecting a wallet, deleting a notification email, or ceasing use does not automatically cancel recurring billing. You must complete the cancellation process described above.

7. Plan changes

The checkout or account interface will disclose the effective date and charge or credit treatment for an upgrade or downgrade before confirmation. A downgrade may take effect at the end of the current period and may reduce limits or features. You are responsible for adjusting live and paper configurations to the new limits. A plan change does not itself close positions or cancel venue orders.

8. Refund policy

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where we expressly agree in writing, subscription charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds or credits for unused time, lack of use, canceled features, trading losses, missed signals, outages, or cancellation during a billing period. This policy does not limit rights arising from duplicate or unauthorized billing, a failure to provide paid access for which BIVEX is legally responsible, misleading disclosures, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or another non-waivable duty.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, or incorrect, contact support promptly with the date, amount, and account details. Nothing in these terms restricts a chargeback or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.

9. Taxes and currency

Prices may exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise. You are responsible for applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes, excluding taxes on BIVEX’s income. Your bank or payment provider may impose currency-conversion or other fees that Polytrade does not control.

10. Account suspension or termination

If we terminate a paid subscription without cause before the end of a paid period, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused period unless an alternative remedy is required by law. If we terminate or suspend for a material breach, unlawful conduct, sanctions, fraud, abuse, or nonpayment, no refund is due except where mandatory law requires one. Suspension does not manage your external venue positions or wallet delegation.
