Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection

This Privacy Policy explains how BIVEX AI INC (“BIVEX,” “Polytrade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with the Service. It does not govern independent services operated by Privy, Polymarket, Kalshi, blockchains, payment providers, or other third parties.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Wallet address, email address, support messages, survey or onboarding responses, preferences, and other account details.
• Subscription and transaction metadata. Payment-card details are generally collected by the payment processor, not Polytrade.
• Live-trading settings, risk limits, followed wallets, delegation choices, and instructions.
• Identity, eligibility, sanctions, location, or compliance information when required.

Information collected through use

• IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referral URL, pages and features used, timestamps, diagnostics, and security events.
• Authentication sessions and identifiers from Privy or other login providers.
• Paper and live signals, orders, fills, rejections, positions, balances, PnL, audit records, notification events, and wallet delegation status.
• Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies described in the Cookie and Local Storage Notice.

Public and third-party sources

We may obtain public blockchain and wallet activity, venue market data, order and position information, payment status, service-health data, fraud and sanctions signals, and information from Privy, Polymarket, Kalshi, data vendors, infrastructure providers, and connected services.

2. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, maintain, and troubleshoot the Service.
• Authenticate users; bind wallets; apply user-selected paper and live policies; submit or reconcile instructions; maintain audit records; and deliver notifications.
• Process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, taxes, disputes, and support requests.
• Measure performance, test features, correct errors, and develop aggregated or de-identified analytics.
• Protect users, Polytrade, venues, and the public; detect compromise, fraud, sanctions exposure, evasion, manipulation, abuse, and violations of terms or law.
• Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Send service messages and, where permitted and selected, promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing email without disabling essential service messages.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose relevant information:

• To hosting, cloud, database, communications, analytics, cybersecurity, customer-support, identity, wallet-infrastructure, and payment service providers acting for us.
• To Privy, Polymarket, Kalshi, blockchain or network providers, executors, and connected venues when needed to authenticate, provision a wallet, submit instructions, reconcile activity, or support a transaction you request.
• To professional advisers, auditors, insurers, financing sources, and transaction counterparties under appropriate duties of confidentiality.
• To authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, sanctions, or enforceable requests; protect rights and safety; investigate abuse; or defend claims.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
• With your direction or consent.

Public blockchains are inherently public and may permanently expose wallet addresses and transactions. Linking an address to your Polytrade account may allow observers to infer activity. We do not control the replication or retention of public blockchain data.

4. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Polytrade does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. As of this version, Polytrade does not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide legally required choices before applying the change.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where a legal basis is required, we process information as necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect vital or public interests where applicable, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement when those interests are not overridden by your rights, and with consent where required. You may withdraw consent prospectively, but withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

6. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information; correct it; delete it; obtain a portable copy; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. You may also have rights concerning sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, although Polytrade does not currently engage in the practices described in Section 4.

Submit a request to privacy@polytrade.market. We may verify your identity and authority, for example by confirming control of an account, wallet, or email. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable, subject to verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some information may be retained or excluded where an exception applies, including security logs, transaction records, legal obligations, and public blockchain data outside our control.

You can manage email notifications in settings, cancel a subscription separately, and revoke wallet delegation separately. Deleting an account or ending a subscription does not itself erase blockchain records, cancel open orders, close positions, or satisfy all retention obligations.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information and Service, such as access controls, logging, transport encryption, secret management, and vendor review. No security method, wallet system, network, or storage system is guaranteed secure. Protect your devices, authentication methods, email, recovery credentials, and wallet access. Contact support immediately if you suspect compromise.

Privy and other infrastructure providers have independent security responsibilities. Their involvement does not transfer to them responsibility for Polytrade’s own unauthorized acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, misleading disclosures, or non-waivable duties.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing the Service, maintaining transaction and consent records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and meeting tax, accounting, sanctions, and other legal obligations. Retention depends on data type and context. Account and preference data generally remains while an account is active; support and security records are retained for a period appropriate to operational and legal needs; financial, consent, audit, and transaction records may be retained longer where required or reasonably necessary. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required or technically infeasible, such as data on public blockchains or in disaster-recovery backups pending scheduled deletion.

9. International processing

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from yours. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Government authorities may lawfully access information in those jurisdictions.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child provided information to the Service.

11. Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to independent services. Review their privacy notices. Polytrade does not control how an independent venue, wallet provider, blockchain, payment processor, or website handles information.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice or consent where required. Material changes apply prospectively as required by law.
