This Notice explains how BIVEX AI INC uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on Polytrade. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

1. Technologies we use

2. Categories and purposes

Strictly necessary

These technologies support authentication, session continuity, request-forgery protection, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, preference delivery, and core account functions. The Service may not function without them. Session and security cookies may include random identifiers but should not contain raw wallet private keys.

Preferences

Polytrade may store choices such as light or dark theme, interface state, and other settings. For example, the site may use local storage under a name such as polytrade-theme to remember the selected appearance.

Measurement and diagnostics

If enabled, these technologies help us understand feature use, performance, errors, and service health. Where required, Polytrade will request consent before placing non-essential analytics technologies.

Advertising

As of this version, Polytrade does not use third-party cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. If this changes, we will update this Notice and provide legally required controls before enabling the change.

3. Third-party technologies

Privy, payment processors, hosting or security providers, and connected services may set or read their own cookies or storage when their components are used. Those providers independently describe their practices. Polytrade does not control storage placed solely by an independent third party, but we remain responsible for our own selection and use of providers to the extent required by law.

4. Duration

Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies and local-storage entries remain for a defined period or until replaced or cleared. Security and authentication duration depends on account settings and risk controls. We seek to retain each identifier no longer than reasonably necessary for its stated purpose.

5. Your controls

You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage using browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login, wallet connection, checkout, saved preferences, or other core functions. Browser privacy signals may be honored where legally required and technically applicable. Because Polytrade does not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, such a signal does not change that stated practice.

6. Changes

We may update this Notice as technologies or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
