Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Polytrade Terms of Use. It applies to all access to and use of the Service.

1. Lawful and eligible use

You may use Polytrade only for lawful purposes and only if you and the intended activity are eligible in your location and at every connected venue. You must comply with sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering requirements, market rules, intellectual-property law, privacy law, and other applicable requirements.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not assist another person to:

• Use the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction or while sanctioned, blocked, underage, or otherwise ineligible.
• Evade KYC, AML, sanctions, eligibility, geoblocking, account, subscription, rate, risk, wallet, or venue controls, including through VPNs, proxies, false information, multiple accounts, or identity misuse.
• Engage in fraud, deception, theft, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, unlawful gambling, manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, collusion, insider trading where prohibited, or any other unlawful or abusive market conduct.
• Access another person’s account, wallet, session, credentials, data, or delegated authority without valid permission, or impersonate a person or entity.
• Submit malicious, deceptive, unauthorized, or duplicative instructions; intentionally trigger unsafe behavior; or use automation in a way that violates venue rules or law.
• Probe, scan, test, exploit, or bypass security or authentication without prior written authorization; introduce malware; disrupt availability; overload infrastructure; or interfere with another user.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, resell, or build profiles from Service data except through an authorized interface and within documented limits; re-identify de-identified data; or collect personal information unlawfully.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, or harmful content; or misrepresent source, sponsorship, performance, or regulatory status.
• Use Polytrade branding, analytics, rankings, or records to promise guaranteed returns, falsely claim endorsement or legal approval, or market a regulated service without required authorization.
• Use the Service to develop or benchmark a competing product in violation of the Terms, or facilitate conduct prohibited by this AUP.

3. Security and responsible reporting

Do not access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate a suspected vulnerability. Do not alter data, execute live trades, access wallets, cause service degradation, use social engineering, or disclose a vulnerability before Polytrade has a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Report security concerns to support@polytrade.market with reproducible detail. This AUP does not grant authorization to test any third-party service.

4. API and automation use

Use APIs and automated access only where Polytrade expressly permits it. Protect tokens and secrets, follow rate limits and documentation, implement idempotency where appropriate, and stop requests when errors or throttling indicate a problem. You may not use automated access to evade plan limits, generate artificial metrics, manipulate rankings, or create unsafe order volume.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may rate-limit, block an instruction, preserve evidence, require verification, suspend or terminate access, or report conduct to a venue or authority when reasonably necessary and lawful. We will consider context, severity, recurrence, user safety, and legal requirements. Emergency action may occur without advance notice; otherwise, we may provide notice and an opportunity to respond where appropriate.

Enforcement does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, revoke wallet delegation, cancel venue orders, close positions, or prevent settlement unless we expressly confirm that action. You remain responsible for checking external systems and separately managing billing and live authority.

6. Reporting abuse and appeals

Report abuse or appeal an enforcement decision to support@polytrade.market. Include the account or wallet involved, relevant timestamps, and the reason you believe the decision should be reviewed. We may request information needed to verify identity, authority, or compliance.
